Im a little bit confused lol

Hello everybody

Last night i was tinkering away with my tree on GR and i noticed on my name there was 34 matches in other peoples tree's.
Anyway, out of intrest i decided to have a look and see if any were actual matches.
There were 5 people with my name and same year of birth and same place of birth.
Now ive seen how many lads with the same name were born in my hometown in my year and it was only 2.
So i contacted them all (weird i know lol) one of them got back to me today and his reply was 'It is you you silly ***' now he seems to know me but ive never heard of him.
He has my last name but i dont recognise his first name.
I am under the impression that its the other Danny he's related to.

Have you looked to see if he has your parents (or father, anyway) on his tree? If he hasn't, then ask him how come he hasn't?? You could ask him to remove "your" details too as he hasn't asked your permission!

No one should have your name on without your permission. Tell him to take it off or report him to GR.

I checked and i cant see my dad on there but there are lots of possible matches for my grandad.

I just dont know who he is, but he seems positive that i am the correct Danny.

Ill wait for his reply and see what he says and if i dont know him by then ill ask him to remove me, if in fact he does have me down and he has me confused with my replica.
