    Thomas Richard Doughton

    Hello all

    Im just wondering if somebody can look at some records on Ancestry to do with a rellie by the name of Thomas Richard Doughton that was born in 1880 and went to live in Canada.
    Thomas was born in Wales.
    I would love to see if he travelled with anybody and if possible when he died in Canada.

    Any help would be fantastic.

    Hi Danny,

    There is a Attestation paper in the Canadian Soldiers of WW1, says he was born Aug 13th, 1880. Place of Birth Liverpool.

      Then there are two boarder crossings for him going from Canada to the US, one for 22 Feb 1923 arriving Buffalo with a brother William and mother Elizabeth and the other him arriving Niagara Falls, New York Mar 1923.

          there`s a Thomas Richard Doughton b sep qtr 1880 in Aberystwyth on freeBMD 11b 70.....the only one born in wales that year..could this be him ?...allan
