Dave, can you explain what is meant by favourite photo / graphics program please.

I pressed the PrtScn button but cannot find the image anywhere.

When you press Print screen the image is saved in an invisible clipboard. You have to paste this image into a graphics or photo program such as Paint which usually comes with windows. Once pasted into the program just save it as a jpg.
