| Mouse frozen on screen Can anyone help please why does my mouse freeze when I go onto a web page ( first time it has happened in years) and how do you get it to start I did evenually get my computer to switch off unplugged from main switch tried again about three time befor it would move maybe some one has an easy way of getting it to move again thank you in advance. |

| silly question but does your mouse have batteries? I have a little green connect button on back of mine and sometimes when it freezes I push that then the button on the receiver and it works again.

| Mouse frozen on screen (reply thanks) Not sure if this is the correct way to reply,Jean yes have checked batteries Yummy Mummy and yes I have done that and james did that also did get there in the end just thought I would ask in case it happened again thanks any way every one. |
