  1. 16. Holograms

I was talking to some friends about holograms - the sort that produce a three-dimensional image in space rather than those they put into credit cards etc. This connected up in my mind with what I was on about earlier - regarding energy forms, particles etc.

Our brains pick up certain forms of energy, via receptors (i.e. eyes), namely straight-line light photons and our brains process the information and translate it into images that we understand.
A hologram is the production ...

  2. 15. Matters of Life and Death

There are indications that organ transplants are metaphysically anathema, both for the donor and recipient. At issue is whether the consciousness actually leaves the body at the moment brain wave activity and vital functions cease or whether it lingers for hours or even days. 4. 14a. Psychics

It may be a good idea to consider psychics and what it is like to be psychic. Of the mediums I have known, and there have been quite a number of them, most said that they had been born that way although, usually, they did not recognise the fact until they were older, perhaps teenagers or even much later. It has nothing to do with education or even general intelligence. Most of them had experiences, when they were children, that they did not realise were unusual until they were old enough to ...

  5. 13. More About Animals.

Red the lurcher was an inmate of Battersea Dog’s Home. When the staff had left for the day, someone was regularly letting selected dogs out of their cages from where they went to the kitchens and wreaked havoc having midnight feasts. Members of staff were completely baffled. It was even thought a ghost may be at work (there is a history of haunting at the establishment) so CCTV cameras were installed to solve the mystery and excellent pictures were recorded of Red, using his nose to lift the ...
