My Gt grandads greengrocer shop in east london

I know this is the longest of long shot's.

My Great Granddad had a Greengrocers shop in Medland Street E.14 circa early1900's - 1915 ish.
Assuming it was called "Harvey's"
I am hoping there is a photo somewhere ????????????
Apparently later on there was a shop in Stepney causeway ?
Anyway like I said...a long shot.
