the public records office of northern ireland has digitised the wills and probate of armagh, belfast and londonderry, from 1858-1900. in the future, they plan to release wills from pre 1858, going back to the 17th century. they havnt got a site mentioned in the article, but this is the source:

thank you for finding the link, i dont have rellies from those areas, but some here might, and hopefully other areas of ireland will follow suit.
