Hi
I am a new member and have hit the proverbial "Brick Wall" in my family history search.
My Great Great Grandfather George Bradbury's Marriage certificate 23 Feb 1839 states his profession as " Gentleman", Residence at the time of marriage, Winkfield in the county of Berkshire, Fathers name, Robert Bradbury, Profession of father, Coachmaster.
I have discovered that a coachmaster was the owner of one or more stagecoaches and in some cases coaching Inns.
I thought I would find details of Robert Bradbury's stage coaches in Berkshire ie were his son was residing at the time of his marriage and hence more of Robert Bradbury's details but so far no such luck. Any ideas were I should now search?
