Importing a Gedcom file into Lagacy

I am about to send a Gedcom file to a contact who uses Legacy. Am I correct in assuming he just needs to find his 'import' button somewhere? He seems a bit clueless so if there are any problems about it I'd be greatful if someone could flag them up for me. (I use Family Historian so all my files are Gedcom anyway ;))
