Green Sticker???

I want to use my laptop in the library and have been told that if I want to plug it in rather than run on battery I need it 'Green Stickered' by the electricity board.

I understand it is to prove it will behave itself and not blow up their supply but please does anyone have any idea how I can get this done?

I think they probably mean getting it a PAT sticker meaning Portable Appliance Testing. You could check your local electricians to see if they do PAT for you - don't know how much it would cost though.

Thanks Anna 'PAT' certainly makes more sense than 'Green Sticker'
