Can anyone read the Vol and Pg No

I am hoping to order the death cert for William Saunders (1840 4th Qtr Kingsbridge Devon)

the problem is the image is so bad, I can't read the details

If It can't be read, how would I order the cert online?

I can't read it and I think the transcriber did well to get the place etc.

You could try to get it from the local RO. This link might help.

vol = IX = 9 page number is 239 I thought at first the 2 was an 8 but comparing others I think it is a 2 and not an 8

Thanks all, I have just called the Reg office for Kingsbridge (as Jackie suggested) and ordered it over the phone (great service only £7.00 and I got to speak to a human being rather then type in a load of details)

I always forget I can do that, I am so used to the GRO
