Hi:) while my OH was looking for his ancestors in Toxteth Park he found a site that is worthwhile. I hope that I am not teaching my "Grandmother/Father " to suck eggs but on a site toxteth.net history site (http://www.toxteth.net) follow the links to census, it gives you the date when the census was taken. Also on the some page a piece about rounding up or down peoples ages.That has helped me, I hope it will also help you
