ftm back up

Why is it that when I do a back up on ftm I get a message saying that there has been a problem and windows will have to close the program. It happens with back up to cd or flash drive.

Gawd knows Lesley, I wonder if it will get worse now someone has bought them out. This morning I couldnt back up to internet either.

Heather, Just noticed that you mention that FTM have been sold. Who owns them now?
Come to that who owned them before? I used to think that Ancestry did as they insisted that I purchase a sample disc (three years ago now cost £1) before I could buy a subscription.
Presume that TWR are agents.
Just curious who is who.
