| Sally, Many thanks I too feel that it is something to do with the changes. I have just added a little more to my thread to complicate life.
I have Virgin as my ISP and two addresses on it but the second address does not appear to work at all. They do not even give the option to log in.
I have just looked at the site status (that means Help and is hard to find) which tells me that Central Southern England broadband customers affected by changes at Virgin Media possibly no access.
