Hi Margaret, I am with Virgin and don't seem to have a problem today, however from time to time over the last month there have been a few hiccups and I gather that it is something to do with all the updating etc that they are doing to bring us a better service!

There is an automated response on the help line saying that they are really sorry for any inconvenience, but it won't last long
